2. Using the Service

OneShopAI is available to anyone who is at least 16 years old and legally permitted to enter into agreements in their country. If you're under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian.

To use OneShopAI, you'll need to create an account. You can sign up using your email address or connect via Google or LinkedIn. Either way, the same terms apply.

OneShopAI is provided for personal and professional use. You may use it for your own projects, your team's work or your business - but not for anything that breaks these terms or the law.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. That means keeping your login credentials secure and not sharing them with people who shouldn't have access.

If you sign in through Google or LinkedIn, you're also subject to their respective terms. We receive limited information from those providers - your name and email - and nothing more.

OTP verification is part of how we keep your account secure. Don't share OTP codes with anyone. OneShopAI will never ask for your OTP via email, chat or phone.

If you think your account has been compromised, contact us immediately. You're responsible for any activity that happens before you report it to us.

4. Acceptable Use

We want OneShopAI to be a platform people can trust and use without problems. To keep it that way, certain things are off limits.

You may not use OneShopAI to:

• Break any law - local, national or international
• Impersonate another person or organisation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or data
• Upload, share or distribute malware, viruses or harmful code
• Scrape, crawl or extract data from the platform without permission
• Use the platform to spam, harass or harm other users or third parties
• Resell or commercially redistribute OneShopAI without our written consent
• Interfere with the platform's infrastructure, security or performance

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts.

5. Your Content

Anything you create, upload or store inside OneShopAI belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of your content and we don't use it to train AI models or share it with third parties.

By using the platform, you give us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service. That licence ends when you delete your content or close your account.

You're responsible for making sure the content you put into OneShopAI is yours to use - or that you have the right to use it. Don't upload content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademarks or privacy.

If we receive a valid legal complaint about content in your account, we may need to act on it. We'll notify you when legally permitted to do so.

6. Service Availability

We work hard to keep OneShopAI running reliably. But like any software product, there will occasionally be downtime - planned maintenance, unexpected outages or issues outside our control.

We don't guarantee 100% uptime. When we know about planned maintenance in advance, we'll let you know. For unexpected issues, we'll communicate status updates as clearly and quickly as we can.

We may update, modify or remove features from the platform over time. If a change significantly affects how you use the product, we'll give you reasonable notice before it takes effect.

We reserve the right to discontinue OneShopAI entirely, but we'd only do so with adequate notice and a clear path for you to export your data.

7. Termination

You can close your account at any time from your account settings. When you do, we'll delete your personal data within 30 days, unless we're required by law to retain certain records.

We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in behaviour that harms other users or the platform or if we're required to do so by law.

We'll generally warn you before taking action - unless the situation is serious enough that we need to act immediately. Examples of that include active fraud, security breaches or illegal activity.

If your account is terminated for a violation, you may not create a new account without our permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

OneShopAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't make warranties - express or implied - about the platform's reliability, accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneShopAI and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes lost data, lost revenue or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose. For free accounts, that limit is $0.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain liability exclusions. If you're in one of those places, some of the above may not apply to you.

9. Changes to These Terms

We'll update these terms occasionally - when the product changes, when laws require it or when we need to clarify something. We won't change them quietly.

When we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications (like fixing a typo) may not warrant a notification.

If you continue using OneShopAI after updated terms take effect, that means you accept the new version. If you disagree with the changes, you can close your account before they kick in.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page always shows when the current version was published.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless a different resolution process applies in your region.

If you're based in the EU, you also have the right to use alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available in your country.
