Introduction
Welcome to OneShopAI. These Terms of Service govern your relationship with our community, platforms, and educational experiences.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to your access to and use of OneShopAI, including our learning paths, community rooms, live masterclasses, templates, and marketplace directories.
Plain language, still binding
We have written these rules simply so they are easy to understand, but please remember that they are a legally binding contract between you and OneShopAI Inc.
Using it for an organisation
If you access or use OneShopAI on behalf of an employer, startup, or educational institution, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old to use OneShopAI. If you are under 18, you may only access the platform with the verified permission and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Creating an account
To participate in rooms, submit code or projects, and track learning milestones, you need to create an account. You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during registration.
Personal and professional use
You are free to use our resources, educational paths, and community discussions for your personal learning as well as for advancing your professional day-to-day career.
Your Account
Keeping your credentials protected and maintaining security across devices.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities that take place under your OneShopAI account.
Google and LinkedIn sign-in
When authenticating through Google or LinkedIn, we only retrieve your verified identity name and email address. We never inspect your private contacts or external account details.
OTP codes
One-time verification codes sent via email or SMS expire shortly after issuance and must never be shared with anyone else, including OneShopAI team members.
If it’s compromised
If you suspect that someone has gained unauthorized access to your account or credentials, notify us immediately at support@oneshopai.com so we can freeze and secure it.
Acceptable Use
OneShopAI is built on trust, collaborative engineering, and mutual respect.
You may not use OneShopAI to
- Break any applicable local, national, or international law, ordinance, or regulation.
- Impersonate any person, business, instructor, or fellow community builder.
- Attempt unauthorized access to other members’ accounts, private code vaults, or internal infrastructure.
- Distribute malicious code, viruses, malware, worms, or Trojan horses.
- Scrape, index, harvest, or bulk-extract community data or member rosters without express permission.
- Send unsolicited promotions, spam, commercial advertisements, or engage in persistent harassment.
- Resell, lease, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to OneShopAI accounts or materials.
- Interfere with, overburden, or disrupt our network performance, servers, or cloud infrastructure.
Security & Integrity: We actively investigate suspected violations of our acceptable use guidelines. We reserve the full right to suspend, freeze, or terminate accounts immediately to protect our builders and network stability.
Your Content
Intellectual property clarity: your creations belong to you.
You own it
You retain 100% full intellectual property ownership of the prompts, code, projects, notes, and discussions you create, paste, or upload within OneShopAI. We do not use your private content to train foundational AI models.
Licence to us
You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license strictly necessary to host, store, display, and transmit your content to you and to collaborators you choose to share with.
Your responsibility
You confirm that you hold all essential rights to post the materials you upload, and that doing so will not infringe on any third-party intellectual property or confidentiality agreements.
Legal complaints
We respond promptly to valid copyright infringement and intellectual property takedown notices according to applicable law, removing contested content when required.

Platform continuity, infrastructure maintenance, and software updates.
Reliability
We design our platform with resilient infrastructure and strive to maintain continuous uptime, fast loading times, and instant community responsiveness.
No uptime guarantee
Because network and upstream provider disruptions can occur unexpectedly, we do not make guaranteed uptime commitments or warranties for free tier accounts.
Updates and changes
We continually enhance our educational roadmaps, UI components, and toolchains, which may include modifying or removing legacy features to improve the overall ecosystem.
Discontinuing the service
In the unlikely event that we discontinue all or a major portion of OneShopAI, we will give advance notice whenever reasonably possible to allow you to export your data.
Termination
Conditions under which access may be concluded by either party.
Closing your account
You can close your account at any time without fees, penalties, or questions asked. Simply visit your account settings or contact our support team.
When we may act
We may suspend or terminate your account if you repeatedly breach these terms, pose security risks to other builders, or violate statutory legal requirements.
Warnings
Unless an infraction presents an immediate threat to user safety or infrastructure stability, we will provide a warning and an opportunity to rectify the issue before taking permanent action.
After termination
Upon account termination, your right to access private community spaces ceases. Your personal identifiable data will be removed or anonymized within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Standard liability boundaries and provisions under commercial law.
As is
OneShopAI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied.
Indirect damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneShopAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
Liability cap
Our aggregate total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is capped at the amount you paid us over the prior 12 months, or $0 for free accounts.
Local law
Some jurisdictions do not allow specific exclusions of implied warranties or limitations of certain damages, so some of these limits may not apply to your region.
Changes to These Terms
How we communicate updates and keep our community informed.
No quiet changes
We never quietly alter essential commitments in these terms without bringing them to your attention.
Notice period
When we make material revisions, we will give at least 14 days’ prior notice via email or a prominent notification inside the community application before they take effect.
If you continue
If you continue accessing OneShopAI after changes become effective, your continued use indicates your agreement with the updated terms. If you disagree, you may close your account.
Last Updated date
The date at the top of these terms always reflects when the most recent modifications were reviewed and published.
Governing Law
Jurisdiction and regional legal adherence.
Indian law applies
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved within the competent courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
If you’re in the EU
If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, nothing in these terms deprives you of the statutory consumer protections and mandatory legal provisions afforded to you by EU member state law.
